BelliWelli
BelliWelli makes gut-friendly snacks people genuinely love — so much that products sell out constantly. That kind of demand is a founder’s dream. But when your email program isn’t built to handle it, that same demand becomes a ceiling.
When Future Holidays came on board, BelliWelli had the product and the audience. What they were missing was the infrastructure to turn both into consistent, recoverable revenue.
What They Needed
- A system for out-of-stock moments. High-intent shoppers were hitting sold-out pages and leaving — permanently. There was no mechanism to capture that interest and bring them back when inventory returned.
- Flows that actually converted. The abandoned cart sequence was underperforming, and browse abandonment didn’t exist at all. Revenue was slipping through the cracks every day.
- Better customer data. With no automated way to gather feedback on new flavors, product decisions were being made blind. Privacy limitations were also eroding audience data, leaving a meaningful chunk of potential revenue untracked and untouched.

How Future Holidays Rebuilt Every Flow and Turned Each One into a Revenue Engine
BelliWelli’s email flows weren’t just underperforming — they were nearly nonexistent. The abandoned cart sequence was failing to convert, browse abandonment didn’t exist at all, and there was no system to re-engage customers when sold-out products came back in stock. High-intent shoppers were slipping away at every stage of the funnel, every single day.
We rebuilt everything from the ground up. The abandoned cart flow was completely redesigned with two new strategic emails added to the sequence. The final email — a compelling, limited-time discount — became the standout performer on its own, accounting for 35% of the flow’s total revenue. The full flow saw a 569% revenue increase in just 60 days.
To catch shoppers even earlier in the journey, we built a brand-new Browse Abandonment flow targeting visitors who engaged with products but never made it to checkout. And rather than treating stockouts as a dead end, we built a Back in Stock flow that automatically notified eager customers the moment their desired product was available again — a flow that quickly became the single highest revenue-generating campaign across the entire brand.
Together, these three flows transformed BelliWelli’s email program from a missed opportunity into its most powerful sales channel.

How Future Holidays Supported Launches and Closed the Customer Feedback Gap
We developed dedicated campaigns to support new flavor drops and keep momentum high around each release. To close the feedback gap, we created an automated post-purchase survey flow — giving BelliWelli a direct, scalable line to the customer insights that inform smarter product decisions.

How Future Holidays Used AI to Reclaim Revenue That Was Quietly Disappearing
Through a partnership with Aimerce, an AI platform that extends the recognition window for customer activity, we recovered audience data that was being lost to expiring browser cookies and privacy restrictions. Once that hidden audience was identified, our targeted flows did the rest. The result was a 22.37% lift in revenue from a segment that had previously been invisible.
Impact
In 60 days, BelliWelli went from a leaky email program to a marketing engine that powers half the company’s total revenue.
The abandoned cart flow alone increased revenue by 569%. The Back in Stock flow became the brand’s top-performing campaign. And with Aimerce in place, BelliWelli now captures and converts customers that other brands simply lose.
This is what it looks like when email marketing is built around a brand’s real business problems, not just templates and send schedules.
