TipStix: A bold digital debut for an emerging ski brand

TipStix, a revolutionary new ski accessory brand, partnered with Future Holidays to bring their first product to market with a strong digital presence. Knowing the importance of a solid foundation ahead of launch, we crafted a visually engaging, user-friendly Shopify ecommerce site designed to highlight their innovative product. To enhance the customer experience, we developed a QR code system paired with clear installation instructions and a detailed survey to collect valuable feedback. We also built introductory email flows in Klaviyo to nurture new customers and foster long-term brand loyalty.
