Growing email into a main revenue stream
PlatinumLED is a world-class provider of red light therapy products that was looking to transform their email campaigns. At the time, they were solely using an abandoned cart flow with a text-only template. We wanted to revitalize this flow, brand it according to the company’s aesthetic, and test it against what they were currently doing – and the results we saw were pretty impressive.
We were just getting started. From there, we built various other essential email flows to keep their current customers engaged and win new customers.
