Growing email into a main revenue stream
PlatinumLED is a world-class provider of red light therapy products that was looking to transform their email campaigns. At the time, they were solely using an abandoned cart flow with a text-only template. We wanted to revitalize this flow, brand it according to the company’s aesthetic, and test it against what they were currently doing – and the results we saw were pretty impressive.
We were just getting started. From there, we built various other essential email flows to keep their current customers engaged and win new customers.

By introducing SMS campaigns in addition to optimized email flows, we saw email marketing revenue grow from just 3% in the beginning, to 20% by May 2022.
The addition of new, fresh email campaigns that echo their brand voice and really speak to their audience have also contributed to their emails’ success, which often see open rates in the double digits!
