Strategy & Outcome
By strategically launching a new “Create a Bundle” page and an email campaign for their latest Highpoint coffee line, we helped James Coffee Company significantly increase both attributed revenue from campaigns and website engagement.
- “Create a Bundle” page added to the navigation, allowing customers to easily access the page where they can choose different coffees, subscription preferences, and ultimately save money on their order. In just one week, views and number of users on the page increased 500% and 600%, respectively. Since the “Create a Bundle” page would play an integral role in increasing AOV as well, positioning it at the top of the site was imperative.
- To announce their newest decaf and half caff coffee line, Highpoint, we launched a dedicated email campaign to the brand’s loyal followers. The email generated a 63% open rate and 49% click through rate.
