When cat behavioralist/TV personality Jackson Galaxy needed to revamp his sales tactics for his pet accessory e-commerce website, his team looked to guidance from Future Holidays. It was the purr-fect match (sorry).
Our new approach to flash sales and promotional strategies helped fuel a 7% increase in revenue year over year. Integral website enhancements, like key positioning of sales initiatives and product visibility, improved conversion rates and AOV as well.
In addition to generating more revenue, we optimized their sales process, eliminating errors caused by manual implementation, as well as streamlining efficiencies.
To maximize the impact of each sales campaign, we strategically added dynamic promotional banners across key touchpoints, including the homepage, product detail pages (PDPs), and the shopping cart, ensuring customers were always aware of active offers. Furthermore, recognizing the challenges of promotion fatigue and diminishing returns, we advised moving major promotions away from weekends, identifying optimal periods for higher engagement and conversion.

Our recommendations also included limiting the scope of promotions, shifting from broad, site-wide sales to smaller, more targeted initiatives. This precise approach helped ensure that each sale felt valuable, and curated specifically for the customer.
Finally, in order to achieve a more personalized shopping experience, we integrated the customizable, AI-driven Rebuy app. By doing so, the team is able to gain valuable insights into what and when Jackson’s loyal followers are buying, allowing future campaigns to be tailored to interest-specific audiences.
Through these interventions and a data-driven approach, Future Holidays empowered Jackson Galaxy to not only execute smoother, more efficient promotions but also to generate substantially more sales overall.
