Bixby & Ball came to us looking for a skilled partner who could become an extension of their marketing team. We played an integral role in the design and development of their website, along with synchronizing their POS systems. If an item was back in stock in one store, this information had to be seamlessly updated on Shopify, Lightspeed, and Accumula. This project allowed us to hone our skills beyond the normal scope of website work and help our enterprise client expand its product offerings.
By leveraging the power of Klaviyo, we were able to perform mailing list hygiene and make sure the right customers and potential customers were receiving their emails. With targeted email blasts based on specific customer actions, Bixby & Ball was able to generate more new and recurring sales in store and online.
