BelliWelli, a gut-health snack brand, needed a robust email marketing strategy to capitalize on high demand and capture opportunities from out-of-stock products. Using Klaviyo, we designed and optimized their email flows, leading to record-breaking performance in just 60 days.

The Challenge

  • Frequent out-of-stock issues leading to lost potential sales.

Our Strategy

  • Maximizing the Impact of Back In Stock Flow:
    We identified that BelliWelli often faced out-of-stock issues. To address this, we implemented a “Back In Stock” flow to capture the interest of customers waiting for specific products. By targeting these customers as soon as products were available, this flow became the highest revenue-generating email campaign for the brand.
  • Revamping the Abandoned Cart Flow:
    To boost the abandoned cart flow, we redesigned it completely, and included two new emails, one of them a limited-time discount in the third email. This change contributed to 35% of the total revenue from the flow and achieved the highest conversion rate among all emails in the sequence.
  • Introducing New Flows and Campaigns:
    We designed fundamental flows, like the Browse Abandonment flow, to capture potential leads that were previously slipping through the cracks. Additionally, we supported the launch of new flavors with dedicated campaigns, driving significant revenue and customer interest.
  • Survey Follow-Up Automation:
    We developed an automated follow-up flow to gather customer feedback through a survey. This allowed BelliWelli to understand which flavors resonated with their customers and make data-driven decisions about future product offerings.

  • Back In Stock Flow:
    Became the brand’s highest revenue-generating flow ever, capturing high intent customers and driving immediate sales.
