Sales & Partnerships Director

We build and scale high-performing Shopify sites, run smart Klaviyo email/SMS campaigns, and offer growth strategies that actually move the needle. We’re on the hunt for a high-impact Sales & Partnerships Director to take our growth to the next level. You’ll lead the charge on revenue strategy, build powerful partnerships, and drive client acquisition across the eCommerce ecosystems. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll shape our sales strategy, launch go-to-market initiatives, and work closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to land exciting new deals with fast-growing eCommerce brands.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic outbound and inbound sales strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise eCommerce brands
  • Own and manage the full business development lifecycle—from lead generation and discovery calls to proposals and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Generate new business through outreach, strategic partnerships, and participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions, develop sales collateral, and support marketing-driven lead generation campaigns.
  • Create compelling sales decks, proposals, and prospecting campaigns.
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on performance and growth metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, driving strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and the broader eCommerce agency landscape.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, or client engagements
