Marketing Manager
At Future Holidays, we believe that every marketing initiative should drive awareness, impact and growth. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we communicate our brand and unique offerings to the world. You’ll lead the charge in elevating our brand visibility and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with our target verticals and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), all while driving qualified leads to our sales team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the marketing strategy, develop key initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and campaigns that not only generate awareness but also nurture relationships that lead to high-profile engagements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our CEO to develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives customer acquisition.
- Own the full marketing lifecycle—from ideation to execution, across channels such as paid media, content marketing, organic social media, and email.
- Work closely with sales to build out core buyer personas for each unique service offering, create compelling content for external stakeholders, and identify and develop marketing tactics to engage and incentivize our ICP.
- Develop strategies to increase our online presence and drive quality traffic, ultimately feeding the sales funnel.
- Take charge of content creation for the website, blog, and other platforms to position Future Holidays as a leading eCommerce growth & retention agency.
- Drive demand generation through strategic campaigns across organic and paid acquisition channels, ensuring each initiative reflects our brand’s voice and values.
- Measure the performance of all marketing efforts, assess results against goals, and iterate to continuously improve.
- Support the sales team to develop effective strategies that nurture brand and partnerships leads through the sales lifecycle to convert into long-term engagements.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and other content that communicates the value we bring to our clients.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A proven background in marketing with the creativity and drive to learn and innovate.
- Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, growing company
- A knack for creating engaging, innovative campaigns that both educate and motivate.
- Demonstrable experience with cross-channel marketing, including Google Ads, content creation, and social media strategy.
- A data-driven mindset: You know how to analyze metrics, draw insights, and apply them to optimize performance.
- A natural eye for aesthetics and a love for smart, witty copy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and eCommerce marketing is a big plus.
Key Initiatives You’ll Own:
- Social Channel Strategy & Management
- Develop a comprehensive social strategy and execute across relevant channels.
- Measure engagement, iterate on what works, and communicate our brand voice effectively.
- Case Studies
- Collaborate with the AM/PM team to identify case study opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling case study content, working closely with the AM/PM team and clients.
- Sales Collaboration
- Partner with Head of Sales & Partnerships develop internal and external marketing materials and documentation for distribution (i.e. presentations, one-sheeters, partner documentation, etc)
- Collaborate with sales to align on initiatives such as email campaigns, content needs, and cross-functional lead generation strategies.
- Support sales efforts to identify and engage high-value prospects for each core service offering through core marketing channels and initiatives
- Events & Thought Leadership
- Identify and pursue opportunities for Future Holidays to attend, sponsor, or host events and align with our ICP.
- Strategize ways to elevate our presence at industry events and position our team members as thought leaders.
- Newsletter & Editorial Strategy
- Establish and grow our newsletter audience, creating valuable content that keeps us top of mind.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure fresh, relevant content is consistently published (blog)
- Measure engagement within the blog and iterate on what continues to increase engagement with our organic traffic
- Ad Management
- Collaborate with the ad team to create and optimize campaigns that align with our overall marketing goals.
