Head of Growth Marketing
At Future Holidays, everything we do is centered around growth — for our clients, our partners, and our agency. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to drive lead generation through a blend of performance marketing, brand positioning, and high-impact strategic partnerships.
In this role, you’ll own the full spectrum of marketing and partnerships initiatives — from shaping our go-to-market strategy and building pipeline-driving campaigns to expanding our partner ecosystem and driving co-marketing opportunities. Your mission: generate qualified leads, build lasting relationships, and fuel revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Growth Marketing
- Partner with sales to build marketing programs that attract and convert high-quality leads
- Lead a full-funnel marketing strategy across awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration
- Own performance across paid media, content, email, and social channels
- Craft targeted campaigns and messaging for key buyer personas
- Develop content across website, blog, case studies, and sales enablement assets
- Manage editorial and newsletter strategy to engage and nurture leads
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch strategic campaigns that drive MQLs and SQLs
- Create high-impact assets like one-pagers, decks, and landing pages
- Optimize lead nurturing and conversion across all touchpoints
- Track performance, analyze funnel metrics, and iterate based on impact and ROI
Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
- Build and scale a high-growth partnerships program, with a focus on Shopify Plus and other key platforms
- Source, onboard, and deepen partner relationships to drive a consistent flow of partner-sourced leads
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives including co-branded campaigns, events, and content collaborations
- Represent Future Holidays at partner and industry events to elevate brand visibility and influence
- Develop partner enablement resources, sales tools, and joint thought leadership initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnerships — ideally in eCommerce, digital agencies, or SaaS
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through integrated marketing and partnerships
- Deep understanding of cross-channel growth tactics (paid, organic, content, lifecycle marketing)
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and other leading eCommerce platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and execution skills
- Data-driven and metrics-focused — you’re comfortable making decisions backed by insights
- Highly collaborative, self-starter, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (~10%) for events, partner meetings, or client engagements
