Business Development Representative

We build and grow high-performing Shopify sites, run smart Klaviyo email/SMS campaigns, and offer growth strategies that actually move the needle. Our team works with forward-thinking brands and uses the latest tech to create memorable, conversion-driven shopping experiences.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and support our growing sales pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations that uncover their business needs and determine how Future Holidays can support their growth goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is eager to build a career in digital marketing sales.

As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in qualifying inbound and outbound leads, booking strategy calls, and delivering a first impression that reflects our team’s creativity, professionalism, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50–75 outbound touches (calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages) per day to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Follow up with inbound leads generated from marketing activities
  • Qualify potential clients and schedule discovery meetings with the Sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach, conversations, and opportunities in our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to tailor messaging and improve lead engagement
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and team check-ins
  • Contribute to sales strategy by sharing feedback from outreach efforts and market conversation

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role
  • Experience with outbound phone sales or cold calling
  • Ability to clearly articulate product benefits and solutions in real-time conversations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily activity goals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
