Business Development Rep

Responsibilities as follows;

  • Building prospective client lists on bi-weekly basis
  • Qualifying leads to prioritize outreach in the core categories and markets we’re focused on
  • Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn and Social Media
  • Maintaining and growing existing leads
  • Scheduling meetings for Sales reps with prospective new clients and partners
  • Prompt responses and follow-ups externally with partners and clients
  • Preparing sales materials and documents for external distribution to partners and prospective clients
  • Prospect events, conferences and dinners to network
  • Help provide support where needed in event preparation and planning
  • Reporting weekly & monthly on goals and KPIs

Requirements

  • 2+ years prior sales experience
  • Ability to build rapport quickly through conversation/common ground
  • Ability manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
  • Enjoy finding new opportunities to improve workflows and processes
  • Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Thrive and self-manage effectively in a remote work environment
  • Some availability within 9-1pm PST
  • Proficiency in Trello, Slack & Google tools
  • Familiarity with lead generation & prospecting tools
  • Ability to make outbound calls to US/EU/UK when needed

This is a part-time, contract position to start but may grow to full-time in the future. This position has the potential to also grow to include bonuses and/or commissions based on performance.
