Klaviyo Implementation Specialist

We’re looking for a Klaviyo Implementation Specialist to execute high-quality technical builds, integrations, and QA inside Klaviyo, ensuring each client has a strong, reliable lifecycle marketing foundation. This is a full time position. You need consistent availability in the afternoon Pacific Time. Most of our collaboration, reviews, and handoffs happen during that window. Reliable overlap is essential for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and configure Klaviyo accounts, integrations, event tracking, and data properties.
  • Connect Klaviyo to Shopify and other ecommerce platforms; ensure accurate syncing and event behavior.
  • Build segmentation, lists, custom properties, and triggered automations.
  • Create and QA flows and campaigns for logic, rendering, and deliverability.
  • Implement pixel-perfect email templates and popups based on Figma designs, including responsive and dark-mode support.
  • Build onsite forms and popups within Klaviyo.
  • Execute full ESP-to-Klaviyo migrations, including list imports, template rebuilds, and infrastructure setup.
  • Conduct technical audits and implement improvements across flows, logic, and data structure.
  • Troubleshoot integration, segmentation, and dynamic-content issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Strategists, Designers, and PMs to deliver accurate, on-time work.

What You’ll Bring

  • Required: 2–4+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.
  • Required: Experience migrating accounts from other ESPs into Klaviyo.
  • Proven ability to build flows, campaigns, segments, and onsite forms.
  • Strong skill in translating Figma designs into functional Klaviyo templates and popups.
  • Solid understanding of responsive email behavior and dark-mode considerations.
  • Technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and event data.
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple tasks.
  • Clear communication and reliability in a remote team environment.Strong organizational skills and consistency with deadlines.

  • Flows and segmentation are clean, organized, and easy for others to navigate.
  • Issues are identified early with clear solutions.
  • Clients experience a reliable, well-built technical foundation.
