Furure Holidays is looking for a motivated Admin help with ongoing project and administrative tasks. This could range from working on a client project to assisting the team with internal and external company and brand-building work. This is a part-time position but could grow to more in the future.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Content entry & migration into WordPress & Shopify platforms
  • Assist in social media management & marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and supporting materials
  • Work with team leaders to assist in projects and company operations where necessary
  • Willingness to work on a little of everything; marketing, social, website management, search engine optimization, maybe a little product marketing or content marketing
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience with WordPress & Shopify platforms
  • Experience with Google Docs, Spreadsheets & Presentations
  • Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc)
  • Communicate efficiently on project workload, priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, ability to anticipate needs and requirements and flexible to work extra hours as necessary.
  • Understanding of common website management & creation practices.
  • Strong ability to self-manage, ability to work independently and assume ownership of projects
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on the need for very strong written communication skills (writing, proofreading, editing, formatting)
  • Strong willingness to learn, discuss, share  and then learn some more
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are highly organized.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints, multitask and adjust plans in the face of changing priorities
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team player
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
You’ll get bonus points if you…
  • Have experience with Shopify
  • Have previous agency experience
  • Experience with social media management tools is a huge plus (HootSuite, Buffer, etc)
  • Have experience in a client-facing role
  • Are located in San Diego area (while this position is remote, we’d love to have you join us at our co-working space!)
